William Obeng opens training camp with Oakland Raiders

William Obeng, Offensive Tackle, is set to begin training Camp for the Oakland Raiders which starts Monday in Napa, California. Obeng is coming off a solid NFL Europe campaign and is excited about the opportunities ahead.
