Rethymno, Crete – HSI athletes enjoyed their time in this historic Mediterranean region. A town filled with 16th century architecture, stone staircases and remains from the Byzantine and Roman empires, Rethymno is an ideal location for an international meet.
In the men’s 100m, Leroy Dixon enjoyed a first place win in the B race and Tyrone Edgar came in third place in his race. Rodney Martin and Emmanuel Callender finished fourth and fifth, respectively, in their individual 100m races.
Kelly Willie took first place in his 200m race with Rodney Martin coming in fourth place.
In the men’s 110mH, Jason Richardson competed in his second European meet this season. His timing has improved since his first meet and he is well on his way to meeting and surpassing his season best. Jason finished fourth in the 110mH.
