Currently Trestin is a DB for the San Jose SaberCats (AFL). In 2006 he was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars and played in three preseason games as a CB and special teams member. While in college, he played for the San Jose State Spartans (2002-2005), first as a RB and then changed to a CB. As a Spartan he played 45 games, had more than 1,300 all purpose yards and scored 5 touchdowns. In three seasons as a DB he had 148 tackles and 5 interceptions.
